Weihuang Textile Team Building 2026: Gathering Momentum, Weaving the Future
The Weihuang Textile team gathered for our annual team-building retreat in Jiangxi.
On May 17, 2026, over 30 members of the Weihuang Textile team stepped away from the production floor in Xiamen. We headed to the mountains of Jiangxi for a day of connection, competition, and celebration.
The banner read “聚势前行，袋领未来” — Gathering Momentum, Weaving the Future. The team spent the day strengthening bonds that go beyond the workplace.
Team Challenges on the Grass
The afternoon kicked off with outdoor team-building games on a lush green lawn surrounded by mountains. Divided into blue and red teams, employees competed in balloon challenges, relay races, and coordination games that demanded communication, trust, and quick thinking.

“The same teamwork we use on the sewing floor is what won us the games today,” said one of our senior operators. “When one person is off rhythm, the whole line slows down. Today reminded us why every role matters.”
Celebrating Excellence
Between activities, the team gathered to recognize outstanding performers from the first half of 2026. Awards were presented to employees who demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship, leadership on the production line, and commitment to quality.

A Day to Remember
The day ended with a group photo against the mountain backdrop. There were smiles, banners, and a shared sense of purpose. Everyone carried that energy back to the factory floor.
